As the name suggests, Hot Stone is a treatment that uses warm and smooth stones for massage. The warmth of the stones provides a pleasant feeling and relaxation, while it is accompanied by a full body massage. The relaxation is the highlight of this treatment. Natural herbal oils are used for the massage.

Hot stone massage begins on the legs, when the guest is lying on his back. First, oil is applied and the massage begins as usual. Then a pair of identical warm stones is taken and the whole leg is massaged. Long strokes are performed several times. Massage with the warm stones is done gently with a variety of long and short strokes, bends and turns, etc. During this process, the heat from the stones is transferred to the skin and muscles. This process is repeated on the other leg and arms. After the abdomen follows the facial massage. It is done with small cold stones. Now it is time to turn over. The massage continues on the back, taking care of the neck, shoulders and lower back. The stone massage is repeated in the same pattern. Finally, 2-3 warm stones are placed on a towel on the back. Now the legs are massaged. After that the guest relaxes for 5 minutes. It is a one-hour process that provides total relaxation.
