Can I make an online Appointment at SZG Sarbach Health Center ?
Yes , You can. Click on the Appointment tab at the right corner in the Home page. Fill in the required details and your preferred date and time. Our front desk team will contact you with the confirmation.
How can I make the payment ? Online or Cash ?
You can pay either online or at the front desk. We accept Cash, all major credit / debit cards and Twint.
If I have to cancel the reservation,how much should I pay?
If you cancel 24 hrs before your treatment, you sholdn't pay anything. If you cancel between 12 to 24 hours of your treatment, you have to pay 50% of the treatment charge and when you make a cancellation within 12 hrs of the treatment you will have to pay the full price of treatment. In any case you will be able to postpone the treatment once , free of charge, depending on the vailability.
Does my Supplementary insurance pay back ?
Our Ayurveda expert is approved by most the Supplementary insurances in Switzerland. If you need to confirm before the treatment, you can check with your Insurane with the details given below.

What kind of products are used for the treatments?
Custom manufactured original Ayurvedic products are used in most of our treatments. These natural products are directly imported from Kerala,India.
Give a short description about the oils used.
Different types of Indian Ayurvedic oils we use, based on your conditions and body type. More than 60 herbs are used in these oils. Base oils are Sesame oil, Rizinus oil and Coconut oil. Juices of green herbs, Ghee and minerals are also among the ingredients. Keeping the oil on the body, 2-3 hours after the massage is always good to nourish the skin and muscles.
